Collage of fall cookie recipes including soft frosted pumpkin cookies, cinnamon cookies, pumpkin sugar cookies, pumpkin oatmeal cookies, and maple leaf cookies.

Cool, gray fall days make for the best cozy baking backdrop. What better way to warm up your kitchen than with a batch of fall cookies?! Here you’ll find fall cookie recipes of all shapes and sizes, ranging from classic oatmeal cookies to decadent cheesecake-stuffed pumpkin cookies. Even if you’re not a fan of pumpkin or spice, there is something here for you (and plenty of pumpkin and spice for those of you who are pumpkin spice fans)!

If I had to pick a current favorite from this list, it would be my pumpkin coffee cake cookies (#1 on my list below!). Not only is this one of my newest fall cookie recipes, it’s also tasty enough to convert a non-pumpkin lover (me!) into a huge fan! The cookies are super soft (thanks to the pumpkin) and have enough streusel to satisfy the most streusel-obsessed eaters (also me!). They fully live up to their name, with all the charm of pumpkin coffee cake, but in the cutest cookie form. I highly recommend them!

Let’s get into the rest of the list! 🍂
