A creamy, cheesy, Pepperoni Pizza Dip! This is the perfect dip for the Big Game! We start with a melty cream cheese base, top that off with pizza sauce, and cover everything with melty cheese and pepperonis! Even better and more indulgent than actual Pepperoni Pizza!
This Pepperoni Pizza Dip is a great option for serving at your Big Game party, though it’s really great party food any time of the year! This is one of my most husband’s favorite dips alongside my Taco Dip and Buffalo Chicken Dip!
Popping in really quickly today with this Pepperoni Pizza Dip because
- I originally shared it on The Stay at Home Chef months ago (what has taken me so long to share it here!?), and
- It has come to my attention that there is some sort of “Big Game” coming up very soon that this pizza dip would be perfect for.
I’m usually super late to the game when it comes to sharing party food (see my Jalapeno Popper Dip post from 2 years ago), but this year I’m actually early. Which, as Zach will tell you, pretty much never happens.
I’ve already shared Big Game-worthy Fried Pickles and I actually have another dip recipe planned for you next week (which is why I’m squeezing this one in now).

How to Make Pepperoni Pizza Dip
This dip is incredibly simple to make (as all good party foods should be). We’re forgoing a traditional crust for this “pizza” and subbing in a creamy, melty, triple-cheese base instead. It’s a combo of cream cheese, mozzarella, and parmesan, but we’ll also toss in a bit of garlic powder and crushed red pepper for flavor.
Next comes our pizza sauce, we’ll spoon this evenly over our base before topping everything off with a combo of cheddar and mozzarella cheese. And mini pepperonis! Of course you can use regular sized pepperonis, but the miniature variety are better for ensuring you get enough of the flavor in every bite without completely overwhelming your pizza dip. Use as many or as few as you would like.
It’s pretty well-documented that I’m no oregano fan, but for an authentic pizza appearance, you can sprinkle everything with a light dusting of dried oregano.
Corn chips, pita chips, and crackers are all great dipping options, but my preference is to use baguette slices. Zach also liked just using a spoon 😂
Enjoy!

Delicious, there are tasty recipes on this blog, it’s the background that bothers me 🙁
It’s not meant as an attack or offense, just a reality thing here, because i’ve been in the sector of simplicity, common sense, and real science, not the science most people get knocked into their heads, to keep them as slaves of the world…
So you were working with the following:
“cancer research at a local hospital, and before that I did behavioral pharmacology research at Johns Hopkins where I worked on incredible groundbreaking research in the psychedelic department.”
You do know Cancer is just being fed by simple carbs, right!? And your blog is about simple carbs!?
Also, behavioral pharmacology, ADHD, Alzheimers, Dementia, all caused by simple carbs too, it all starts with the raise in blood sugar, and that typically happens 3 – 6 times per day for a normal person, being at every meal most people eat simple carbs, bread, pasta, rice, candy, soda, doesn’t matter what form simple carbs comes from, or even complex ones, they still break down to simple glucose in the body = Not good! There is a reason why we have known this for over 5.000 years, but people keeps ignoring it, and that is why it keeps getting worse and worse 🙁 1/2 the planet is obese now, all those things called a disease, is merely a condition, even cancer, easily reverted, but it’s a good money maker!!!

Hi Ole! This is an extremely simplistic explanation of simple carbs “feeding” cancer and a misrepresentation of how it works in general. I can also say with certainty that this was not the root cause of disease for the population that I worked with. However, I do believe a healthy lifestyle is important and persistent poor diet doesn’t do anyone any favors and makes people more likely to be sick and stay sick. Like yourself, I consider myself to be of the sector of simplicity, common sense, and real science (whether that does or doesn’t match a mainstream narrative). This means I expect people will eat healthy, balanced meals and indulge occasionally (or at least that they have the responsibility to regulate this themselves), and that they will not have pepperoni pizza dip and chocolate chip cookies three times a day. Suggesting otherwise would be like suggesting I want everyone to use psilocybin with frequency, just because I worked on the research sharing how life-changing and beneficial it can be. Hope that helps clear things up!

WHAT A COOL IDEA! Sam, I gave this 5 stars even though I haven’t made it yet. I have that much confidence in your recipes! I would never have thought of this. I am making it this weekend. I’ll report back! Happy New Year to you and yours!
Sam
I hope you love it, Susan! Happy New Year!

This dip was excellent. I used cheese I had on hand instead of sharp cheddar. I used colby & monterey jack. I also used mozzarella & provolone shredded.
I served mine with thin baguette slices with olive oil on top baked in the oven.
Thank you for the great recipe!

This dip was easy and delicious! It went too fast though. If I doubled the recipe would I have to bake it longer? If so how much?
Sam
I am so happy to hear that it was a hit, Carrie! This recipe doubles easily and should only need a few additional minutes in the oven. I recommend keeping an eye on it. 🙂
