Maybe you’ve noticed that things have been a little bit quieter around here recently. I haven’t been sharing quite as many new recipes or new videos as usual.

But I promise, there’s been a very good reason for that…

After over a decade of exclusively sharing my recipes online, I am SO, incredibly excited to announce my very first cookbook…. drumroll please….

Filled with favorites from the website and a few exclusive brand new recipes sprinkled in as well, this hardcover cookbook is now available for preorder and I plan to be able to begin shipping in early December of this year! Ahh!

So What’s Inside?

This book includes lots of my favorite recipes and best tips for successful baking. It’s divided into 7 chapters:

  • Quick Breads, Muffins, & More

  • Every recipe includes a QR-code to a full-length video tutorial where I show you exactly how I make the recipe in my own kitchen.
  • Book includes 80 recipes, mostly long-time reader favorites along with 10 exclusive recipes never before published on the website.
  • Cup and weight measurements (as always!)

This is a hardcover, physical cookbook approximately 8.5×10.5 inches (around 215 pages), and you can preorder it here!

Why Pre-order?


This cookbook is being independently published, which means I have to decide, well, now, how many copies to print. I am printing a limited first run based largely on preorder demand. If this printing sells out, I can’t promise when, or if, I’ll be able to restock, so if you like a copy, I definitely recommend preordering! 

All preorders will receive free shipping within the United States. At this time I am only able to take orders within the United States (though I do hope to be able to ship outside of the US soon!).

I will also be signing the first 500 pre-orders (there are only a few left right now!).

A little behind-the-scenes…

Even though I have been posting recipes and videos much less on the blog and YouTube, I’ve been working more than ever behind the scenes.

The exclusive new recipes needed testing and re-testing (and re-re-testing…) plus photographs (see above). And, since I wanted every recipe to have a video tutorial, this meant filming some old recipes that never had videos to begin with and filming the brand new recipes as well.

All while polishing the manuscript and making sure everything was meeting deadlines to have books in hand before Christmas. Typing that out doesn’t feel like as much work as it actually was. There have been many last-minute grocery store runs and late nights.

Thank you! From the bottom of my heart, thank you, thank you, thank you to every one of you who has tried and trusted my recipes over the past decade (and beyond!). Writing this cookbook has been a dream of mine for years and I can’t believe it’s actually, finally happening.

I’m so grateful to you, to every one of you who sent me emails, messages, or comments encouraging me to write this exact cookbook. This book would not exist without you. Seriously. 💕

    THIS IS SO EXCITING! If the number that came with my preorder is anything to be believed (#1822 after preorders had been open for only 3 hours), then this cookbook is going to be a HUGE HIT! Congratulations on getting to this stage–you deserve everything!

    Congratulations!! I noticed you were quiet lately , I thought it was just busy life with little kids that kept you away . I’m sure the book will be a hit ! Your recipes are always great and I look to your website first whenever I need something sweet 🥰.
