3cupsfrozen peach slices May substitute fresh peaches, peel first (454g)
1bottleProsecco or other Sparkling Wine(750ml)
¼cup Peach Schnapps(80ml)
Combine all ingredients in blender.
Blend well, until mixture is well-combined.
Pour and serve.
Make it a granita
You can easily make this recipe into a granita if you would like to store it. To do this, just follow the recipe instructions and pour ingredients into a 13x9 pan and cover. Freeze, stirring well with a fork once an hour for 3 hours. It will keep covered in your freezer for several weeks, a great frozen treat to have on hand during the summer!
