Peach Bellini

Sweet and simple peach bellinis!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen peach slices May substitute fresh peaches, peel first (454g)
  • 1 bottle Prosecco or other Sparkling Wine (750ml)
  • ¼ cup Peach Schnapps (80ml)
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in blender.
  • Blend well, until mixture is well-combined.
  • Pour and serve.  

Notes

Make it a granita

You can easily make this recipe into a granita if you would like to store it.  To do this, just follow the recipe instructions and pour ingredients into a 13x9 pan and cover.  Freeze, stirring well with a fork once an hour for 3 hours.  It will keep covered in your freezer for several weeks, a great frozen treat to have on hand during the summer!
