3cupsfrozen peach slices (1 lb bag of frozen peach slices -- 454g)
3cupsProsecco or other Sparkling Winemy preference is Asti (710ml)
⅓cup Peach Schnapps(80ml)
Combine all ingredients in blender.
Blend very well, until mixture is well-combined.
Pour and serve. Please see notes for instructions on storing peach bellinis.
You can easily make this recipe into a granita if you would like to store it. To do this, just follow the recipe instructions and pour ingredients into a 13x9 pan and cover. Freeze, stirring well with a fork once an hour for 3 hours. It will keep covered in your freezer for several weeks, a great frozen treat to have on hand during the summer!
