Peach Bellini

Sweet and simple peach bellinis!

  • 3 cups frozen peach slices (1 lb bag of frozen peach slices -- 454g)
  • 3 cups Prosecco or other Sparkling Wine my preference is Asti (710ml)
  • 1/3 cup Peach Schnapps (80ml)
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar


  • Combine all ingredients in blender.
  • Blend very well, until mixture is well-combined.
  • Pour and serve.  Please see notes for instructions on storing peach bellinis.


You can easily make this recipe into a granita if you would like to store it.  To do this, just follow the recipe instructions and pour ingredients into a 13x9 pan and cover.  Freeze, stirring well with a fork once an hour for 3 hours.  It will keep covered in your freezer for several weeks, a great frozen treat to have on hand during the summer!
