Perfect for brunch or summertime sipping, my frozen Peach Bellini recipe uses just 4 ingredients and takes 5 minutes to make. Includes a frozen option too!
Combine peaches, schnapps, and sugar in a blender and blend well until mixture is smooth. If the mixture isn't blending nicely, add a few splashes of Prosecco.
16 oz frozen peach slices, ¼ cup Peach Schnapps, 1 Tablespoon granulated sugar
Add Prosecco and blend until everything is well combined.
1 bottle Prosecco or other Sparkling Wine
Pour and serve.

Storing: Make it a granita!
You can easily make this recipe into a granita if you would like to store it. To do this, just follow the recipe instructions and pour ingredients into a 13x9 pan and cover. Freeze, stirring well with a fork once an hour for 3 hours. It will keep covered in your freezer for several weeks, a great frozen treat to have on hand during the summer!
