3Tbsp apple-cider vinegar
3Tbsp brown sugar
1Tbsp milk
¼tspsalt
¼tspground black pepper
¼tspgarlic powder
¼-½tspcrushed red pepper (depends on how spicy you like your dressing¼ gives a subtle hint while ⅓ lends a stronger kick)
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine diced chicken breast, broccoli slaw, cucumber, red pepper, scallions, and sunflower seeds.
In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together mayo, vinegar, brown sugar, milk , salt, pepper, garlic powder and crushed red pepper
Pour dressing over broccoli slaw mixture and toss (even easier if you mix it in a large container with a resealable lid, then just replace the lid, seal tightly, and shake until the salad is thoroughly covered).
