Ingredients

cans Mexicorn
11 each
1
can supersweet yellow and white corn
¾
cup
cooked crumbled bacon
(about 10-11 slices)
3
jalapenos
finely chopped, seeds and stems removed

cups
shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1
cup
shredded mozzerella cheese
1
cup
sour cream
1
cup
mayo
¼
tsp
garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F
Grease sides and bottom of 9x9 dish generously with butter
In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well and transfer to 9x9 dish.
Bake on 375F until bubbly (about 25-30 minutes)
