1cupchopped Butterfinger candy bars(this is 7-8 fun-sized bars for me)
½cupmilk chocolate chocolate chips
Instructions
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine butter and sugar and beat with an electric mixer until creamy and well-combined. Add pudding and stir well.
Add eggs and vanilla extract and stir well.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet, stirring until completely combined.
Add candy pieces and chocolate chips and use a spatula to stir until well incorporated.
Wrap bowl with plastic and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
While cookie dough is chilling, preheat oven to 375F (190C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.
Once chilled, scoop cookie dough into rounded 1 ½ Tbsp-sized balls and drop onto prepared baking sheet, spacing cookies at least 2" apart.
Bake in 375F (190C) oven for 10 minutes. Allow cookies to cool completely on baking sheet before removing.
Notes
*I placed the fun-sized candy bars in a ziploc bag and whacked them a few times with a rolling pin to crunch them. Since it was warm in my house and the chocolate had a tendency to stick to the baggie, I first set them in the freezer for about 5 minutes to prevent the chocolate from melting.
