Oreo Smash Nutella Cookies
Nutella-infused cookies made with smashed Oreo pieces for a crazy, easy cookie that’s a far cry from your average chocolate chip recipe.

- 1 stick butter melted and cooled for 5 minutes
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 9 Oreo cookies crushed
Preheat oven to 350F and line cookie sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a large, microwave-safe bowl, cut the butter into Tbsp-sized pieces, microwave until just completely melted, and allow to sit for 5 minutes.
Stir in Nutella.
Add brown sugar, sugar, and vanilla extract and stir until combined.
Stir in egg.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Stir flour mixture into butter/Nutella mixture until combined.
Stir in crushed Oreos.
Scoop cookie dough by heaping 1 1/2 Tbsp and gently roll into balls.
Place on cookie sheet at least 2 inches apart and bake on 350F for 9 minutes.
Allow cookies to cool on sheet for 5 minutes before removing to cooling rack to cool completely.
