Ingredients

stick butter
melted and cooled for 5 minutes

Nutella

brown sugar

cocoa powder

baking powder

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F and line cookie sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a large, microwave-safe bowl, cut the butter into Tbsp-sized pieces, microwave until just completely melted, and allow to sit for 5 minutes.
Stir in Nutella.
Add brown sugar, sugar, and vanilla extract and stir until combined.
Stir in egg.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Stir flour mixture into butter/Nutella mixture until combined.
Stir in crushed Oreos.
Scoop cookie dough by heaping 1 ½ Tbsp and gently roll into balls.
Place on cookie sheet at least 2 inches apart and bake on 350F for 9 minutes.
Allow cookies to cool on sheet for 5 minutes before removing to cooling rack to cool completely.
